He apologized that I had to wait even though I wasn't worried about it. The techs got me all set with my oil change and worked with the fleet management company to fulfill the transaction. “I woke up to a flat tire this morning. I am just in town for the day for my son's surgery. They got me right in and patched my tire up. Friendly people and great service helped eliminate any additional stress from my day. It was super important that I was able to get back to the hospital before my son got out of surgery and they made that possible.”

“I was getting a coffee next door when I saw a Jiffy Lube employee waving his hands wildly at me (lol… turns out I had a very flat tire! Nate and Joe (and crew) were SO helpful and got me right in and out. You can tell they are genuinely good people and care about people- because I wasn’t even a customer at the time! They charged a small fee to patch up my tire, but that kind gesture saved me hours of headache and frustration because I was not near home. Thank you Nate and Joe! “I used a group-on and got a great deal for a full synthetic oil change. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. My car was new to me but they knew how to adjust the computer and made sure to explain one of the codes. I have an oil temperature setting and it needs to be reset after a change. It hadn’t been working correctly as the last place did not reset it. I went to the Jiffy Lube in East Longmeadow, MA and I highly recommend it.”
“The manager there was the only person in the customer area. When I first walked in she was on the phone with one her employees and she was so sweet to them. She was very sweet to everyone. At the end it started to get busy and she checked me out and a couple went up to her and said they had an appointment. So while she was checking me out I turned around and said she's only one person. She didn't get frustrated and had a smile the whole time. Shout out to Pamela at the auto center at Walmart.”
