“I have to be very honest with this review I went to the Spartan workshop on Saturday, October 21, 2023 to do an alignment of my vehicle and the truth is that the mechanic did not align my car at all, a Volkswagen GTI, he used some parameters from another car to do it. I returned the same day and explained to the manager that day that my car is the same as it arrived. The one who was fine tells me that it was a street problem but he was lined up. I left very dissatisfied because I paid $173 for the job and he told me there was nothing more he could do for me or the car. Today, Monday, October 23, 2023, I return to the workshop and a very kind man named Nick helped me. I explained the situation and Nick gave my car to another technician and he did the job properly. He was very responsible with my car. Everything was perfect. Today I left the workshop more than satisfied. I don't know his name but who did the work on my GTI? Nick knows who he was. The only thing I know is that he is very professional and he speaks Spanish. THANK YOU NICK. AND THE TECHNICIANPD. I give 4 stars for what happens on Saturday if not happen I give 5”

“Hands down one of the best places in West Springfield to get a quick oil change and if you're as lucky as I was today, a impromptu karaoke session! But on a serious note, absolutely amazing service! Everyone, and I mean everyone on staff this morning was amazing! I'm grateful that they are very close to me, but even if they weren't I would still go to this location. If you need a good place to get great service, and be treated like an equal then look no further.”
