“My wife and I just moved to South Hadley and need to paint a lot of rooms in our new house. I saw this Sherwin-Williams store when we exited the Pike and decided to give them a shot. I'm very glad I did.Between the Sherwin-Williams website and the store, I was able to quickly identify colors that work for us. Everyone in the store has been super friendly and helpful, and helped us pick the right paint for our different uses.We lived in our old house for 30 years and did a number of painting projects with a variety of different paints. All were successful, but the Sherwin-Williams acrylic latex Cashmere is in a different league. It goes on so smoothly, and has a lush, warm quality that really stands out. It may cost a bit more, but if you want beautiful, long lasting color, it's worth the small difference. We actually had a 25% discount coupon, but the person who mixed our paint gave us over 33% off of our entire order, which saved us a lot of money and was much appreciated.Between the exceptional service and beautiful, high quality paints, I can't see shopping anywhere else. We give this store our highest recommendation and will be using them for all our painting projects.”
“I wish I remembered the name of the gent that helped me. I went in early one morning (Monday 10/2) to grab paint for some projects in my home. The guy greeted me immediately, I gave him a verbal list of everything I needed, he remembered it all… said “got it” and started working like a busy bee to fill my order. All while multi tasking and helping other customers coming in and out. Super helpful. Offered to carry everything to my car. Appreciated his help!! The price was reasonable which I wasn’t expecting.”
“I'm not a fan of rating places like this. This is a solid neighborhood hardware store much like it's neighbor in Florence. They have an impressive selection of neighborhood hardware store stuff. You're not going to go here to get wood You're not going to go here to get appliances but if you know what they have you know why you love them. All I would say is wander their aisles and decide whether you want to drive to Hadley.”
