“So I bought a motor cycle in the winter time and needed to rent a trailer, but the hitch receiver on my truck was rusted and unsafe. I scheduled a time online to have one installed at this location prior to the rental. They had a tough time and I had to wait 3 hours to complete my transaction. But no big deal. I got to witness a beautifully run franchise/location. The manager I think Charles. was amazing! The way he interacted with his staff and customers With patience, grace and kindness was refreshing. “I had a very rough moving experience recently when our closing date got delayed and we were stuck in limbo for almost a week with all our stuff on a moving truck. The guys at the Holyoke U-Haul facility were so nice and helpful in dealing with me and all my stress! They helped me coordinate with our movers to get everything unloaded from the truck into the self storage facility, and then we got every back onto the truck a week later and into our new house. It was pretty chaotic and all the staff were so patient. It was definitely a good experience and I would work with this facility again for sure.”
