“Matthew is an amazing guy. Found wife’s purse and called and returned with everything. Juanito was also helpful in the booking process as well. Would recommend all day.”
“I rented a cargo van because there were no cars available. It got me home and that's all that matters. Shout out to the staff for making it quick and easy for me after having such a bad week. Enterprise is the way to go when you need a vehicle...ANY vehicle.”

“The three gentlemen that we're working in that office that day on Memorial Drive. Went above and beyond to help me out to get me a storage unit. The three gentlemen working in the office that day are excellent workers I want you to know that you hired really good workers and young men. If there was an award I would love to give them a recognition for outstanding teamwork going above and beyond for the customer and caring for the customers needs.”
“I had rented a U Haul trailer in Florida for a cross-country move. I had finished up using the trailer and no longer needed it, so I had to find a drop off location. I looked at some of the reviews and I thought I’d go see for myself. It turned out to be a great place. Victor was very professional and easy to deal with, possessing an above-average intellect. I think the narrative driven by a few vacuous people and their 1 star reviews is in question here. I highly recommend this place and cannot say enough good things about Victor. Victor, you were great to deal with. Thank you.”

“This Penske location operates out of The Package Store, which is a top notch business handling not only truck rentals, but is also the best FedEx shipping location you'll find. The friendly staff are 2nd to none. No matter who I speak to here, they are personable, knowledgeable and efficient. The prices are great as well. As far as Penske goes, I'll put them up against any other truck rental. I've used them for years including a cross-country move.”

“Staff here are awesome! The trailer I reserved had a bad light and they were super helpful trying to replace it and ultimately helping find an alternative location for me to head to. That other location was difficult about honoring the reservation and Chicopee U-haul took care of me calling to get the price fixed.”
“We called around to a couple different dealerships and were priced double what we paid here. My husband called, they ordered the part, we got it installed. Everything was simple and much more reasonable than all the other places we got quotes from. Would definitely recommend.”
“David and the other service techs were very pleasant, helpful and professional. Hitch was installed more quickly than anticipated and it was half the price that my dealership wanted to charge me. Highly recommended the crew at 380 Union St in West Springfield.”
“I travel out of US twice a year and rent from here to jfk and of course return back here from jfk. I book online several months before my trip. Never had a problem, thank you for the employees...”
“This place is our go to anytime we need to rent, they are wonderful to deal with, trucks are always clean and ready to go! Megan and Dave are awesome, we’re so thankful to have them close to home!”

“What an outstanding crew Anna has here! We had a terrible tragedy happen 2 weeks ago while we were moving, 2 of our family members were struck and killed and the way this staff treated us after hearing Michele had lost her husband and son was just amazing. They were compassionate, understanding and treated us with the greatest kindness I have ever seen. We wish to thank Anna and her staff for everything they have done to help us and being so caring to us at this time like this!! You all should be commended for your treatment of customers because you just don't see this anymore. With much admiration and appreciation,
Michele B
