The woman who answered was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen and genuinely cared about helping me figure out the best next steps.
She recommended that I take my cat to an animal clinic in Northampton to be evaluated, and I am so thankful that I followed her advice. Because of her guidance, my cat is now receiving care and showing amazing results.

“We LOVE Dr. Viera and her fellow colleagues at VCA! She helped care for our first dog, Nova, who she was so good to and Nova absolutely adored her. When Nova ended up becoming sick, Dr. Viera called frequently during her hospitalization at a nearby facility to see how she was doing, and also how we were doing. Since Nova’s passing, we’ve only brought our pets here. They are incredibly gentle with our rescue, Happy, and VERY patient with my anxious puppy Tony. Facility is always clean, front desk staff always helpful. Also highly recommend their surgeon Dr. Rapa. Dr O’Hara is wonderful. We’ve been coming here for over 5 years and love it”
“I can’t say enough good things about Florence Animal Clinic. Both Dr. Lorenzo and Dr. Kefer are truly wonderful. I’ve trusted them with the care of multiple cats. They are knowledgeable, compassionate, and thoughtful in how they approach treatment. They take the time to explain options, answer questions, and make sure you feel supported every step of the way.

You can tell that Dr. Ricksgers and the staff live and breathe all things feline. Their passion for cats is palpable. “Today was my cats first vet appointment with West Springfield Vetrenery Clinic. He is a shy boy and does not enjoy leaving his Domain and gets pretty fussy. However, they are so wonderful over there! Everyone took such good care of my kitty and were very attentive and gentle, especially Bri. She was amazing with him!! He was way calmer than I thought he'd be and thats because he was being taken care of by people who actually care..and that is important to me! I have not had the best experiences with my last veterinarian, so I'm relieved Bubby and I found our place! Thanks to everyone who made our experience there, refreshing.”

“I brought my dog here, after bringing her to Westbrook veterinary hospital..... where they didn't do a real examination. They found that my dog had cancer all over her body. I brought my dog so I can know why she was not herself. Because Westbrook veterinarians, didn't do the job. Westbrook formally was litchenberg veterinary hospital. I was very emotional learning that my dog I had for 8yrs. Had to be put down. The staff at the integrity veterinary clinic were all very understanding and professional. They helped me at this very difficult time. This is for integrity veterinary center 318 pleasant st.”

“I am a first time senior dog owner and feeding hills vet has been nothing short of incredible in his care! We mostly see Dr. Saraya Loretta, but others in the practice are great as well. Despite being a busy practice they are consistently prompt responders to my questions. The environment is customer friendly and clean. They gave me no issues sending prescriptions to chewy for my dog and are always transparent about cost when discussing care. They really act like he’s one of their own pets! Today, I got a personalized email of our entire visit so I don’t have to remember every little thing moving forward. So grateful I found this office.”
“My dog went here her whole life. From routine check ups to injuries and illness this Vet was amazing! I’ve had other dogs and other vets in the past, and I didn’t really understand what a difference a good one made, until the dogs really needed it. They spend time with your animal, they don’t just hand you a menu of tests and prices. They respect your wishes when the dog is older and the treatment you want is palliative. So many vets feel like going to a mechanic who wants to sell you fixes your pet doesn’t really need just to make a buck. Not here. They were honest about options and prices and made time in emergencies. My boxer Rory ended up with a degenerative spinal disease in the end, and they really supported me in giving her the best quality of life possible for as long as possible while being completely realistic about what would happen. I’m so grateful and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you! From the bottom of my heart.”
