“This cumbies is the closest gas station to me so I end up going here multiple times a week. It’s clean, great selection, good prices etc. However, my main reason for taking the time to write a review is because of the employees. In as many years as I’ve been going here I have yet to run into a single employee who wasn’t kind, helpful and caring. You can tell they truly care about their customers and providing a great experience for them. I have many examples but I’ll share the most recent. I had gone in a few days ago because I wasn’t feeling great and needed to get some ginger ale and saltines. The cashier noticed my purchase and said “uh oh someone isn’t feeling well!” When I said it was me and briefly explained why I wasn’t feeling good. She said she hoped I felt better and I went on my way. I went back in today and she remembered me and asked if I was feeling better. It might seem like something little, but those are the type of things that make the employees go from providing good customer service to providing exceptional customer service. And that’s only one example. I’ve seen every employee there provide that type of exceptional customer service to all their customers and regulars.”
“In regards to whoever sent in their fake review on worker there named Sue, you have a lot of nerve writing that about her. She is one of the nicest people in the world, cares for all people. The racist accusations tells everything about the writer. I can personally confirm that all the hateful, immature, vile remarks made against her are all a lie from some sick, miserable individual.If I find out who you are, you will be slapped with a libel/slander suit..”
“This place a quick store to snacks or drinks before you enter downtown and Monty is one of the nicest people you will meet everything cheap recommend going there just once to try it out”

And I can say we are thankful for each one of our customers and we do try our hardest to make sure every customer walks out with a smile or was happy with there transaction of course there are days with other stores and other employees that interact with customers differently but we try our hardest we love all of our customers!”
“I love the pharmacy staff here!! They are always so friendly, helpful and kind. Each time I’ve come in to pick up my prescriptions (About once a month), they remember my face every time and already have it ready for me! (I think that’s a huge plus). The front end staff here are super nice too. I prefer this store over the one on Main st, because let’s be real.....there main st location sucks, especially the pharmacy. Anyway, I give a thumbs up here ?”

“Amazing convenience store but the isles are confusing because one isle has candy right you walk past the Dunkin's that's right over there and there is another isle dedicated to the same candy but in king size that is my only complaint other than that this store is amazing”

“Scheduled an appointment online with them, the other day, which was very easy. When arriving today, the woman at the pharmacy I spoke with was polite and professional, after answering my questions she had me go behind the little area sectioned off with the white screen divider, to wait for her to give me my shot. A few minutes later she arrived to administer the shot, which she did quickly and painlessly, Then I browsed around the store to see what interesting items they had.”

“my experience w/ CVS, Holden MA overall has been pretty Good.My complaints are For CVS ThemSELVES; pharmacy appears Understaffed, ridiculously little amount of space for them to Work & Stored meds properly. Almost ALWAYS Out Straight. For the reasons I said; UNfair to the staff that Tries their BEST w/ the Very miniscule space & lack of help.”
“Typical Dunkins food and coffee. Service is so so at times due to being understaffed. At those times normally they only keep the drive through open, but if you go into the store, there will be a kiosk setup to be used to place an order inside, and when completed and ready will be put into a organized sticker, with each order clearly marked for you to grab at the pick-up portion of the counter.”

This CVS on Main Street in Gardner MA is open twenty four hours a day, which is quite convenient. The pharmacy team is always busy working hard, to make sure each prescription is filled correctly and if you have a question about your prescription or need help locating an over the counter medicine they will assist you with that. This CVS pharmacy also has a convenient drive- thru, so that can be extremely helpful.”
