The CVS in Hudson is perpetually severely understaffed, especially in the pharmacy. They have to close the drive thru window frequently as they don't even have enough clerks to staff the window and the counter.

Refilling my medication with the wrong medicine...again. on hold 12 mins to speak to someone about it. Not sure why this place sucks now, it did not suck in the past. Anyone care anymore? Closing the drivethru was a mistake. Cvs as a corporation has gone downhill integrity wise. Now 14 mins on hold.

CVS offers a wide variety of similar products which is helpful. And always helpful.
