The New- leave a voice request for the pharmacy staff- system is the new way CVS avoids having to answer (endlessly, I'm sure) the phone.
The recording mentions I could receive a return phone call, within an hour, if there are questions about my request.
It would be a great system if I actually get a return phone call. We will see...

Seems things are improving here, after a severely understaffed and poorly managed year for the pharmacy. The drive thru pick up is back open. It's still impossible to call and get a human but at least they now have a secured voicemail system in place and they actually call you back within a couple hours.

Quick and efficient. Exceptional customer service at the desk. Received my updated COVID vaccine. Was greeted immediately upon arrival. Doctor was very nice.

Never felt so discriminated in my life walked in to buy a few essentials and was followed around by staff members as if I was stealing merchandise, live 2 minutes away and I would rather drive to the Marlborough location

She was very thorough, caring, well trained.
I was able to get in earlier than my appointment time. Same day, no wait.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was just walking in it was 1:28 on my watch they closed the divider for lunch break. And ignored me. I need one prescription for my daughter who is sick.

The CVS in Hudson is perpetually severely understaffed, especially in the pharmacy. They have to close the drive thru window frequently as they don't even have enough clerks to staff the window and the counter.

It takes the pharmacy up to a week to refill a prescription. If you really need a prescription, they expect you to come in the store and demand it and then you have to come back three hours later. The drive-through window window is closed and no one answers the phone. I understand they’re shortstaffed, but if they can’t fulfill an order within a reasonable amount of time, they should tell patients that so they can go to another CVS location. There should be a law about how much time a pharmacy has to fill a prescription. I am taking my family’s prescriptions elsewhere.

Refilling my medication with the wrong medicine...again. on hold 12 mins to speak to someone about it. Not sure why this place sucks now, it did not suck in the past. Anyone care anymore? Closing the drivethru was a mistake. Cvs as a corporation has gone downhill integrity wise. Now 14 mins on hold.
