The CVS in Hudson is perpetually severely understaffed, especially in the pharmacy. They have to close the drive thru window frequently as they don't even have enough clerks to staff the window and the counter.

It takes the pharmacy up to a week to refill a prescription. If you really need a prescription, they expect you to come in the store and demand it and then you have to come back three hours later. The drive-through window window is closed and no one answers the phone. I understand they’re shortstaffed, but if they can’t fulfill an order within a reasonable amount of time, they should tell patients that so they can go to another CVS location. There should be a law about how much time a pharmacy has to fill a prescription. I am taking my family’s prescriptions elsewhere.

Refilling my medication with the wrong medicine...again. on hold 12 mins to speak to someone about it. Not sure why this place sucks now, it did not suck in the past. Anyone care anymore? Closing the drivethru was a mistake. Cvs as a corporation has gone downhill integrity wise. Now 14 mins on hold.

There are an increasing number of items that are excluded from coupons, but you won’t know which ones until you find out at the register.The pharmacy also doesn’t answer the phone.

Poor pharmacy experience. They always say they are understaffed, so I empathize with the staff here, but the experience is terrible. I waited over 3 weeks for several prescriptions to be filled, and they only got filled once I went in person and asked about them. They rarely answer the phone so the only want to get an answer is to go in person. There's long lines to pickup prescriptions in the afternoon and evening.

Seriously the most POINTLESS pharmacy on the planet. First off, the drive thru pick up is closed due to “low staff” even though there’s about 5+ employees in the pharmacy working? Every time I go here to get me or my son’s prescription, there always seems to be an issue. No one working here has a good attitude, or seems like they even want to be working there. Going against HIPPA violations asking very personal questions in a room full of people, taking THREE DAYS to fill a prescription, not answering the phone, etc etc.I had to take it into MY OWN hands to call my doctors office to get my prescriptions switched to a different pharmacy because they won’t answer the phone.Just do yourself a favor and don’t even bother with this “pharmacy” full of UNPROFESSIONAL people.Walgreens is 10000% better and faster!

If you are new to the area or have meds sent to a pharmacy that are needed promptly, I strongly advise you to pick somewhere else. I work in healthcare and I empathize with how stressed the pharmacy employees are due to understaffing who are always overall friendly. So this is not their fault and I thank them all for what they do. However, I’ve never had such issues getting meds filled over the past few months. They used to be great. An urgent med for my boyfriend who has seizures was not able to get filled by Christmas Eve even though it was called in about 2 days before. They decided to close at 130pm for the rest of the day….despite saying open until 6pm which were the updated holiday hours on CVS website. So we couldn’t even get the script transferred. Heard there is a new manager so that makes sense.

Pharmacy- rudest workers and rudest pharmacists I have ever encountered. The lines are always super long. They neglected to call, for a week, to tell me one of my very important meds is on back order. Not to mention, there is always a period of time after they get a doctors order for an rx that they do not fill it for days at a time. "Oh but we are understaffed". Do better CVS!

The pharmacy got a new manager a while back. Since joining, they no longer have enough staff to keep the drive through open. Today, my Dr called in a script for me to pick up, I noticed the app said that Hudson was out of stock, I called and waited on hold with Hudson pharmacy for 45 minutes. During the time on hold I called the CVS in Clinton and they picked up right away and transferred my script, 5 mins later I got the text that the script was filled. Skip this pharmacy in Hudson until the manager is canned…..

They do not pick up the phone here. You must call CVS customer service, who will call them for you. And the pharmacists get cranky when contacted this way

Waited on hold 30 min for pharmacy. No one ever answered. Automated refill on app shows “delayed” with no details but asks me to call. How can I talk to them if they never answer. Try Walgreens.
