“Elshad is amazing!! He is VERY talented and knowledgeable and beyond that he is very honest. I went to Elshad today as my touch screen for my iphone X was not responsive. He first tried to fix it without changing the screen. He then gave me a very competitive price and he gave me a one year warranty. He was so good that I wanted to give him a little more than he had quoted me but he refused to take it as he said if he wanted more money he would tell me that other things were wrong. The part came as promised and gratefully he was also the tech who got the return call.
He accomplished the repair quickly, (thermostat) explaining as he went along and further, detected a second issue with the heater coil. He explained my options and what signs I should watch for which would necessitate a second repair.
I cannot compliment him enough on his friendly demeanor, professionalism and efficiency.
