“JESS! Don't even play with anyone else there. Jess is detailed and very very helpful. She has helped us with a kitchen renovation and a bathroom remodel. We went in with an idea and she was able to keep us grounded and focused on the end results. We ended up going with Kohler for most items and a few larger upgrades with her recommendations. We cannot thanks her enough from a sales aspect. We have even needed some service for the items and her help CASST team is super responsive and they fight for the consumer.
