“JESS! Don't even play with anyone else there. Jess is detailed and very very helpful. She has helped us with a kitchen renovation and a bathroom remodel. We went in with an idea and she was able to keep us grounded and focused on the end results. We ended up going with Kohler for most items and a few larger upgrades with her recommendations. We cannot thanks her enough from a sales aspect. We have even needed some service for the items and her help CASST team is super responsive and they fight for the consumer.

We had an urgent plumbing problem that didn't allow install - her team had a new faucet on my doorstep next morning...I was even confused by the delivery because it was quicker than Amazon. Had a small imperfection in a light we bought - boom, another showed up in 3 days via fedex. Why would you need to look elsewhere?
