“This is my favorite post office! I send out a lot of mail - I average $800 a month…. I try to buy all my stamps from here but sometimes I have to go to others along my travels for work.

I stopped in today with about 400 mailers… $2 each…. When I got there i had Linda weigh the envelope to make sure I had enough postage to send it out. I was .11 cents short :/. I asked for the more expensive stamp so it would require less time to affix 1 vs 2….

I’ll tell you - never saw this before but Linda, Marcia, and Pat asked if I wanted help. I’m not one to bother anyone and I mean that…. I passed on the gesture and they insisted.

They helped stamp 400 envelopes with me! I don’t have to say how much time they saved me but one can only imagine. This was a visit I’ll never forget and a gesture that will not go ignored. I’ll be bringing in pizzas next week as a thank you!

Appreciate the help you 3 have given me for over the past 2-3 years!”

“We had a Sat 930 appointment for a new passport application. Upon arriving around 9:15 the previous party was just about done and the lady at the passport station started with us maybe 10 min before the appointment time.The whole process was very quick as we had prepared everything up ahead but I’m very satisfied on how efficient and courteous she was definitely not the typical aloof attitude I’ve experienced with USPS. She ended up helping me with my renewal application too and we got both done maybe under 20 min.If all my appointments could be like this I would definitely be a much happier person lol. Highly recommended here for your passport needs.”

“Excellent service! I was a few minutes late after the office closed on a Saturday afternoon. Not knowing what to do with the package and preprinted label I checked with an employee who was still outside. She went above and beyond her duty, went back in and got me the address label pocket for me to put the label on and showed me where to drop the package. Highly recommended!”

“A lot the employees is very nice and Mark is Amazing customer service and another man work there too and supervisor Mr Patrick too wonderful but is a new lady employee that Saturday I need putted a note before sign and she give me hard time time some many time she already did before. Van Pool withholding my taxes and didn’t paid used defamation like went I used to worked with them , all complaints is already in attorney general is better that parents bring their kids in need to school that Van Pool included not want repairs neither Vans is not safety.”
