“We had a Sat 930 appointment for a new passport application. Upon arriving around 9:15 the previous party was just about done and the lady at the passport station started with us maybe 10 min before the appointment time.The whole process was very quick as we had prepared everything up ahead but I’m very satisfied on how efficient and courteous she was definitely not the typical aloof attitude I’ve experienced with USPS. She ended up helping me with my renewal application too and we got both done maybe under 20 min.If all my appointments could be like this I would definitely be a much happier person lol. “I had to call this USPS location today because of a customers lost package. The employee I spoke with, Jeremy, went ABSOLUTELY ABOVE AND BEYOND in helping me figure out what happened and where this package went. After discovering where the lost package was, Jeremy took it upon himself to retrieve the package from the wrong address to hand deliver it back to my office. All in a matter of a half hour. If that aint getting things done, I dont know what is. Not only is he a phenomenal postal worker, he is an amazing people person and is hysterical! Thank you for the laughs and for going out of your way to help me today! You are outstanding at what you do and you, without a doubt, deserve a raise and a promotion!”

“Excellent service! I was a few minutes late after the office closed on a Saturday afternoon. Not knowing what to do with the package and preprinted label I checked with an employee who was still outside. She went above and beyond her duty, went back in and got me the address label pocket for me to put the label on and showed me where to drop the package. Highly recommended!”
