I bought a cartridge and upon opening it, and connecting it to a couple different batteries, the thing just plain didn’t work. I called them, and was surprised when they said to come on back to get help.
She checked it out, confirmed it was not working, and replaced it with another one that was just fine. I was shocked that I could even get them to look at it, compared with my experience with previous dispensaries. THESE GUYS ROCK! I am so happy to live nearby!”
