“I’ll do my best to keep this review brief. That will be difficult because there are so MANY GOOD THINGS to say about LINE-X of Cape Cod! I’ll start with customer service because Sutton is an absolute Rock Star. Very responsive (both phone and email), professional, accommodating and just genuinely pleasant to speak with…she knocks customer service out of the park!!!
Same goes for the rest of the staff. They did fantastic work on my 2021 Chevy Colorado and even saved me money (almost $200) by having me power wash my undercarriage at the car wash for $7. I had a bed liner sprayed in and also opted for the Waxoyl undercoat to protect things down under. Sutton was short staffed the day I sent my truck over on the boat but, she managed to have it picked up, completed 2 processes (bed liner and Waxoyl) AND returned the vehicle to me by ferry within 24 hours!!!
I could write pages of positive feedback. I only write reviews for really GOOD service and really BAD service. Line-X of Cape Cod is top notch and provided the prior. Look no further especially if you want the Waxoyl treatment since these guys are a licensed distributor and get the material at cost so they charge 1/2 what a dealership will.”

“UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE!!! My family and I were visiting from out of town for the New Year and my van door came off track! It was New Year's Day. We were scheduled to drive over an hour home that day. I didn't think I would find anyone to help because it was a holiday. I called a few auto-body shops with no luck. Then I called UK Body Work and this angel of a woman, Maria, answered! I explained my situation and she said the shop was closed but that Marcos would come to help me! He showed up to where we were staying, looked at the door, left to get some tools, came back with tools and another worker and put my door back on track so we could drive home safely. What I thought was a bad start to the new year turned out to be a great testimony to the fact that there are still really good people out there. Maria and Marcos, I can't thank you enough. Thank you for helping out a complete stranger in a time of need. Top notch! God bless you always!”

“On May 23, 2025 at approximately 5:30 p.m. I needed a new 12v battery for my 2016 Chevy Volt. I was on the road and had no tools. My old battery had literally failed and would not hold a charge and needed to be repaced immediately. I stopped at the Advantage store in Hyannis Ma and bought a new battery. I asked the store clerk, who I believe said his name was Phil, if he could install it for me. It turned out to be more complicated than I ever thought. Phil patiently and persistently figured out what had to be done and did it. It must have taken him a half hour to switch the batteries. My wife and I are very appreciative for his very high level of customer service.”
