“UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE!!! My family and I were visiting from out of town for the New Year and my van door came off track! It was New Year's Day. We were scheduled to drive over an hour home that day. I didn't think I would find anyone to help because it was a holiday. I called a few auto-body shops with no luck. Then I called UK Body Work and this angel of a woman, Maria, answered! I explained my situation and she said the shop was closed but that Marcos would come to help me! He showed up to where we were staying, looked at the door, left to get some tools, came back with tools and another worker and put my door back on track so we could drive home safely. What I thought was a bad start to the new year turned out to be a great testimony to the fact that there are still really good people out there. Maria and Marcos, I can't thank you enough. “Chuck and his son were a pleasure to work with and the job they did installing my new Katzkin leather seats was perfection. Katzkin seats covers are not the type that you slide over the factory seat covers. Those seat coverings are removed - including headrests - and the new leather seats are installed where the old used to be. They look factory installed and are beautiful. Very satisfied customer.”

“On May 23, 2025 at approximately 5:30 p.m. I needed a new 12v battery for my 2016 Chevy Volt. I was on the road and had no tools. My old battery had literally failed and would not hold a charge and needed to be repaced immediately. I stopped at the Advantage store in Hyannis Ma and bought a new battery. I asked the store clerk, who I believe said his name was Phil, if he could install it for me. It turned out to be more complicated than I ever thought. Phil patiently and persistently figured out what had to be done and did it. It must have taken him a half hour to switch the batteries. My wife and I are very appreciative for his very high level of customer service.”

“Much better than it was. It was good when it opened. The staff was curteous and knowledgeable. Circa 2022-2024, there were several employees who were not helpful, the manager let the crew play Loud music and swear constantly. They were also completely clueless about automobiles. I stopped going there for parts.”
