“Chuck and his son were a pleasure to work with and the job they did installing my new Katzkin leather seats was perfection. Katzkin seats covers are not the type that you slide over the factory seat covers. Those seat coverings are removed - including headrests - and the new leather seats are installed where the old used to be. They look factory installed and are beautiful. Very satisfied customer.”

Got the car up and running and was able to get home safely. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I am because he could’ve easily just sold me a battery and move on to the next customer. Kevin was kind to me and I am truly thankful. This NAPA has some good people that you won’t find at any auto store.”

“We are on a long RV trip! Live in Colorado. Started our RV on a Sprinter chassis and the check engine light came on. I checked fluids and for leaks. All normal. Full maintenance completed before this 5,000+ mile trip! We were a few miles from the Barnstable, MA Advance Auto Parts. Went in and asked the young gal at the parts desk about using an OBD (on board diagnostic). She readily cane our to the RV, ran it, and found the issue! Fortunately, it was minor! “Mass Air Flow Sensor”. She said they don’t have one, but often using the proper cleaner will work (which they had)! I bought it ($12.99) and followed the instructions. Back on the road! I believe her name was “Nichole”. Thank you Advance Auto Parts for this great, FREE, service! Also, big thanks to Nichole (if that was her name)!!”
