“About two+ weeks ago, the aftermarket alarm system that was installed in my used 1994 Chevy Cavalier and which I had never used, flaked out and would cycle on and off every 20 to 30 seconds.The lights would flash, the alarm horn would beep twice and the door locks would activate. I contacted three shops, and this was the only one who could get me in within a couple of days. I stopped by at the appointed time, and in less than 15 minutes Woody had disabled the alarm and got the car back to running normally! And the cost was very reasonable as well!Not the normal situation, but it made me a happy customer!”

“My new Chevy Express failed inspection at a local garage. They said it involved the port that the testers plug into to get readings from the onboard computer. Said its a job for a dealer. So I booked the appointment and left the van for the day. The woman who checked me in and kept in touch through the day was excellent. Level, calm, wanting to get to the bottom of the problem. The tech, on the other hand, wanted me to 'drive it for a while, make an appointment, then we can check it'. My answer:" That's exactly what I have done, the vehicle is in your possession, please fix it". Calm but firm. He did, it passed inspection, and my opinion of the dealership went way up. Just be calm but firm if you get a run-around”
