Where they could have lied and sold me new tires, but they were honest and repaired a damaged tire. When I do need new tires, I will go nowhere else but this tire shop! Small businesses like this or what America is all about. Not only do they do great work but they give you a hometown feeling that is long gone in society today!β
βI just bought my first Subaru and was beyond thrilled with the service. I worked with Rob and he listened to what I wanted, provided detailed explanations of features (going from a 2008 to a 2023 car comes with lots of changes!), and found me the perfect car in my budget. While I weighed options, he kept me in the loop with new arrivals that may have fitted what I was looking for, and came in on what was his day off to help me buy the car I've wanted for years. Patrick was also incredible to work with while we got the financing worked out, and all the people I met in the service department were incredible. I will definitely be coming back for service and anything else I need for my car!!β
βI had a modified transmission fail on a modified vehicle and was afraid no one would work on it. Chris was willing to work on it and got it back and running again. They were honest, easy to work with and communicate with. They even sent pictures during the work. I live on Nantucket and they brought my van to the boat which saved me a lot of time.β

βLate on a Friday night, the check engine light on my new Volvo popped up while traveling on Cape Cod. Although everything seemed fine; it was disconcerting to stare at that orange light. I gave Volve Cars Cape Cod Service a call on Saturday morning. After explaining the issue to a very helpful Andrea, I was told to bring it in, and they would see what they could do. The technician determined that the software required updating and wrapped it up in no time. Back on the road with no light; I could not be happier. After stopping to have my tires filled now that the weather has turned cold, Rebekah noticed that my right front tire had a bubbleβmost likely from a potholeβand immediately scheduled an appointment to replace it. I was relieved to remember that I had purchased tire insurance when I bought my car, so the replacement and service were already covered.
Once the tire was replaced, the mechanic also took the time to carefully inspect the other front tire for any signs of wear, which gave me real confidence that Volvo of Cape Cod prioritizes customer safety. From start to finish, every department played a part in making this service experience exceptionally easy.β
β100% recommend this auto center without hesitation. I had a check engine light come on before I could even get a sticker on the vehicle I bought for my daughter. First technician sent me here because these guys can handle the issues that are too much to handle for some of these other shops.
