The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and offer beautiful views of the water and marsh from the decks. The backyard view overlooking the marsh is peaceful and perfect for relaxation. The owner and staff are exceptional, warm, friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They provide excellent hospitality, ensuring guests have everything they need, including beach towels. From the moment guests arrive, they feel like part of the family. The place has a cozy, home-away-from-home feeling rather than a big resort vibe. It offers free parking and is a truly special place where guests look forward to returning year after year.
We had a great time at Cape Cod Ocean Manor. Perfect location near the two beaches that are walkable. Martin and his staff are great.

I stayed in room #4. Owners were the sweetest people on earth and did everything in their power to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Our room was so cute and cozy. I gave a 4 star for service only because the room service instructions were a little unclear. We figured it out though, so Im more of a 4.5 than 4.
