About DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Cape Cod - Hyannis
DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Cape Cod is a nice hotel in a great location, close to the airport, beaches, downtown Hyannis, shops, and restaurants. The hotel is relatively clean for its age, though some areas like the carpets are noted as old and dated. Rooms are quiet, clean, and comfy with very comfortable beds, flat-screen TVs, and mostly clean bathrooms. Some front rooms can be noisy near the road. The hotel features a state-of-the-art, absolutely spectacular gym, considered amazing, and an indoor salt pool. The onsite restaurant serves delicious, great, and very good food, including an excellent and fairly priced breakfast. There is also a nice little bar and lobby bar in the evening. Staff are generally helpful, accommodating, and supportive, though there have been isolated issues with unpleasant check-in experiences and exceptionally rude bar service on one occasion, which was reported to management. The hotel is in a transition phase with remodeling. Overall, it provides a very nice and quiet stay, and many guests look forward to returning.
When I tell you Miss Chanell (I hope i spelt that right) has absolutely hands down some of the best customer service♥️ Double Tree you are absolutely blessed to have such an employee. Not only me but the phone call she had from a guest and she gave them the same great service.

Had a fantastic stay at this Hilton! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the amenities were top-notch. The location made it easy to explore nearby attractions, and I especially loved the cozy atmosphere. Definitely looking forward to coming back!
