“My name is Vernon L having very much difficulty trying to activate a iPhone
I was on the phone for more than 5 hours with several different people being very fusterated I brought the phone down to the xfinity store in hyannis ( cape cod mall )
It was almost closing time but I was assisted by a young man named Conner
At first Conner advised me the store had no internet service explaining to him what I had gone through he was more than happy to look at the phone anyway
It took him about 10 minutes to get the phone activated even with no internet service
My opinion Conner should be recognized for his excellent service his professionalism and the personal attention he gave me
He scores 5 stars with me
