“We had such a great experience at Kay Jewelers in Hyannis! The service was great through and through, and we genuinely loved our experience here. I originally had to come back to have the ring sized, and we ultimately ended up exchanging it for the one my wife really wanted. Everyone was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, walked us through all the steps, answered all of our questions, and made everything extremely easy for us. We’ll definitely be coming back for the regular six-month inspections and cleanings and anything else we need for the ring going forward. Great service, great people, and an overall great experience. I highly recommend them!”

“I came in here today and had the most lovely experience. There were a lot of people there and only two girls working but they managed it amazingly well. I was here to get one of the engraved necklaces for my mom for Mother’s Day and spent quite a long time drawing it but the lovely woman who helped me, Viktoriia was so patient and kind. She never rushed me and complimented how much effort I put into it after, she was so sweet and I just really enjoyed my time in the store. I wish I caught the other girls name, she was also so kind and both of them just made the atmosphere in the store so positive, this location is really lucky to have both of them working here. Today, Ahmad helped me with a ring I didn't even purchase from Hannoush. He gave me sound and honest advice about resizing it. He gave me a sizer that solved my problem on the spot and didn't charge for the sizer or his time. I'm always so impressed with him and his team. Looking forward to checking out the new location once they're no longer in the mall.”
