“I went in here because of the 50% off already clearance. For school shopping. I wasn’t sure what exactly was going to happen. But, I was able to get 5 t shirts, 3 pants, 3 sweatshirts. Backpack, sneakers and even a pocketbook for myself (felt kind of shameful for that lol. But, it was $14!! Normally $75 and I really needed one)
I spent $170 and SAVED $377
The best part of all of it, was my cashier. He came to the registers last second. And called me over .. I was actually a bit glad for that. Because, he seemed very nice and I instantly felt comfortable for what I knew was about to happen lol .But, hoped wouldn’t. I was using Afterpay.. and Google said Kohl’s would take Afterpay .. however I kind of knew it was gonna give me a hassle .. I have tried it once before and it didn’t work either. it was all already too good to be true. And, anyway, of course it didn’t work .. because kohls doesn’t take Afterpay lol. I did however know for a Fact I could buy a Kohl’s gift card on Afterpay instantly .. so when it failed .. the guy was so patient to wait a couple minutes for me to buy that gift card. Get it in my account and open it up .. I was able to use the Afterpay gift card and $20 cash for the school clothes … (and my pocketbook) lol
He also made sure I had the best coupons in there. And I even got $30 Kohl’s cash.
It all helped so much. And he was the reason I didn’t break down in tears of anxiety.”
“I just want to commend the Hyannis store manager Johanna. She's an excellent manager. She informs the customers of store sales. Johanna is a hardworking manager. From my observation, there's nothing she would ask her staff to do that she wouldn't do.

I buy all my jewelry gifts there and the new backstage section has some nice deals. Also when shopping around, I find their prices great with their special weekend sales and coupons etc. I just bought a crepe maker that was $39 in Kohls and the same exact product in Macy's was only S26.00 after coupons! I will continue to support this store!”
“The store helper was very caring and accommodating to the needs. She helped to find exactly the best hoodie sweatshirt for my mom who came visit from Poland, the right size, silhouette and color. The clothing in this store was much better quality than other similar stores on Main Street. Wonderful experience!”
“Briefly, because it took a while to get to the root of the problem, I was going to use my $25.00 birthday gift from Talbots and found, in checking out that there was a problem and I could not use it. I knew it had not been used before. After many attempts by Ashley and her coworker to solve this, Ashley then took the time to make a phone call, explain the situation and problem was corrected. Because of their diligence, kindness and patience, they made me a very happy customer. Kudos to both young ladies!!”

“Excellent customer service- didn't get their names but they tag teamed to make sure I was taken care of. Held items behind the counter for me while I continued to try stuff on. Kept checking the storeroom to get me the sizes and colors I wanted. Dug through all the jeans to help me find the non ripped styles. If they work on commissions, they would have a huge payday today!”
“The selection in this location is ok. Obviously not a big store due to its location but it does in a pinch. The people are always professional and courteous but every once in awhile you catch them in a conversation with each other and you feel like you're bothering them. Not a big deal but not what you come to expect from J. Crew”

“The people (that I ran into) there were amazing and super helpful and it didn’t take more than 10 minutes to pick up our first pair of jazz shoes the ballet bar at the try on station made it easier everyone there had so much dance education I recommend going for shoes, bags or clothing”
