“These one star reviews from “Devon Williams” and “Brock Lesnar” are fake reviews left by the old manager who was fired. Weird that both those reviews talk about how “good the manager was.” Another one star review left by “Jason Byron” is the old manager. Also the “Lilly Bowman” review sounds fake too “ props to the manager for not throwing hands” not like he could fight anyway. I love this journeys location and the staff there. Everyone there is so helpful and don’t deserve bad FAKE reviews”
“I had an issue with an in-store order that I had placed and was having troublr getting the tracking information. In this day and age I had to go into the store so they could verify my identity over the customer support hot-line. No big deal as I live right up the street from the store. I called and spoke to Brendan, one of the managers there, and he told me to come into the store to assist with the tracking. Upon arriving to the store he was there waiting for me to help with my order as well as helping out the rest of his co-workers and other customers that were in the store. He has impeccable multi-tasking skills.He got ahold of customer support and got my tracking information just like that and it will be arriving this Saturday!I appreciate the way he was kind and extremely helpful in getting me the tracking information as well as helping me find some more outfits for the approaching winter!Brendan is an asset to this company and he deserves a raise!!11/10 stars.”
