“The question is what items did I like. Not many because there were hardly an plus size clothes.
I don't know if I'll have a chance to say something else since I don't know if this ends with thus question. I mention this because I want to tell you about the customer service. It's excellent. There was one woman dealing with a customer that was having difficulty with her card. The cashier was understanding and wanted to figure out what was happening as much as the customer. It was finally decided that the customer would go to her car and get another card. Point is the entire transaction was handled with the upmost professionalism and empathy. While this was happening a very nice young man came to help me. I had maybe a 45 second wait and he came from stocking things to help me. Asked me if I was having a good day. It was very refreshing. Bottom line your 2 employees working on Oct. 19th at approx 3:30 pm in the Hyannis, MA store are excellent at their job and I so appreciated it.”

“I found a fabulous dining set (Hitchock table with two leafs plus 4 chairs, all with lovely decorative accents) and a matching coffee table, paid $200 for the whole set. The staff was super helpful and friendly, it took me a couple trips to get it all home and they were so nice and helped me load up my car each time. I will be going back for sure!”

And then.... there's the back room always a nice surprise glassware, dishes vintage, antique...modern day. Yarns, crafts. Silverplate tea pots ect. All at very reasonable prices. The staff is always helpful and Charming... I love it here.”
