These folks are meticulous, extremely knowledgeable, and deeply passionate about high-end audio.Sure, the cost is pretty high, depending on your perspective. “Customer service is incredible!! I was having an issue setting up the new speakers I bought from him with my receiver. I sent Dariousz an email on Friday night on Memorial Day weekend not thinking I would hear back until Tuesday. He called me Satuday morning to try and troubleshoot some things over the phone. Unfortunately that didn't work, but he contacted me first thing on Tuesday morning to continue trying to solve my problem with some additional things to try. He was going to come to my house if I still could resolve my issue. Thankfully, his additional advice solved the problem. To have someone call you back on a holiday weekend shows how important his customers are to him!! I will certainly be back to make any future purchases. Dariousz knows his stuff for sure and does not try to upsell you. He will tell you exectly what you need to get the best sounding system at the price you can afford and give you things to keep in mind if you want to upgrade in the future!!”

“Man I love that they have so many strange import games, and their selection is quite good! Fair prices compared to market value as well, As usually with these sorta stores the more obscure you go with the games the better. Me and my girlfriend bought a bunch of shovel ware DS and Game Boy Color games and had a really fun night discovering what laid inside (: combing through a stack of weird games will never be dull. Their main stream Nintendo first party stuff is well priced well, and the employees where nice.”

This person was relieved and left very happy. The next person asked "fala portugues?" Sim He replied. This customer was also relieved and left very happy. Then it was my turn. I asked " you don't speak English also do you?" Yes I do my friend - how can I help you. I'm a customer since that day! Victor and I have become very good friends. Victor owns this franchise and has ZERO EMPLOYEES. He works here 7 days a week. His dedication to his customers is unmatched I'm sure. I'm willing to bet that Victor's loyalty % from his customers is the highest in the whole company. The fact that this store is in a "lower income" area makes the fact that he is still here 6 1/2 years. Still ZERO EMPLOYEES.
