“A company that leads the world in AI technology, still manages to get one thing right thankfully. Customer service is still a necessity in life, always has been, and will always be. My Pixel 9 Pro XL was affected by the green line and the screen was black, making it impossible to use my phone.
Thankfully a live Google store is available in Boston, with helpful and professionally competent staff. The technician that serviced my phone named Wednesday, was confident and assured me that he would resolve the issue. I'm so greatful for his help in fixing my phone and it looks and works amazing.

He was very nice and patient and let me explain my issue to the littlest detail which he responded back with one of the most informative and helpful responses I've ever received from a tech employee which ultimately helped me solve my phones camera issue. “A young man named Eric helped me in a time of extreme chaos. I was doing the peace institute March for mothers of homicide victims and it was already a hard day. Then I lost my phone. He helped me navigate everything and lock the other one and he was so kind and calm. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because all of the phones that are at least a bit inexpensive we're out of stock. This is something I've dealt with at MetroPCS stores all over boston. I cannot think that this is just a coincidence. I think Metro PCS should think long and hard about all of the available cellular options at this point and treat their customers better when stalking the shelves.

We were lost for a few hours, the police refused to give us directions even though I had an address for where I needed to go and we were sort of in a bad circumstance.
