“I was recently a victim of fraud and went into the T-Mobile store on Washington Street, a location I have been going to for years. Unfortunately, my initial experience was extremely frustrating. The representative I spoke with did not believe me and was not very helpful. I spent over four hours in the store without receiving any clear update or resolution regarding what was happening with my phone.
Thankfully, I was eventually assisted by a gentleman named Tomasa. Within just five minutes of speaking with me, he took the time to truly listen with the intent to understand what had happened. After reviewing the documentation and proof I provided, he was able to recognize that I was being truthful about the situation.
Since then, Tomasa has been incredibly patient, calm, professional, and understanding. Even while I was understandably frustrated and stressed, he remained respectful and continued to help me navigate a very difficult situation.
This has been an extremely stressful and unpleasant experience, but having someone like Tomasa take the time to listen and genuinely help made a significant difference. T-Mobile needs more employees like him.

“7-Eleven employee Hayelom, July 1st, 2026, 3:40pm-3:53pm, he honestly is a good, well-respected man who respects himself and cares about others and the rules. I originally came in to buy headphones, as I said hello and was welcomed by his respectful nature, and started talking to him about the natural order of how things should be and given within this world, and told him this is why I love seeing you, I learn from you always, from not taking things personally and letting people and all things be themselves. It's never easy running a business, but he definitely always makes me feel welcome just based on how he carries himself. That's what makes me want to support a business just based on that cause; how could you not? Extremely blessed to be able to keep learning from Hayelom as he always continues to remain the same and calm, positive, respectful, grounded, welcoming, and just understanding, period, allowing things to be as they are. Smart man who truly knows, always following the rules, doing what he should for himself and for the business. He's great at handling a large crowd of people, treating them all equally, being mindful of their time, and the business.
Again, always and forever, thank you for being you and continuing to make me realize what I should through your actions and how you carry yourself speaks for itself, literally for those who can see. You always help me. I'm glad I got to see you today and always.
There are plenty more amazing employees I encountered at 7- Eleven, I just haven't gotten their names with the same level of respect and grace, just like Hayelom, with their own unique individual personality showing the same things I said and listed just differently within their own emotions and feelings, that's not calm and welcoming and happy and patient as Hayelom was and is within the list of mad and sad and deppressed or direct or angry or closed off within the list of many more emotions and feelings you could feel they show to also be while having class and respect knowing how to still be and feel those many list of things with respect and class, they are all honestly a good example of how things should be and can be all at the same time while having a perfect balance between it all for yourself and someone else and for the business and just in general and that's how you do it and will get anything and everything you want in this life and beyond.”
