It is what it is. A very small facility (if you can even call it that) that is run by one old man. I only use it because I live down the street from out.Edit: it is 10 A.M. on a Saturday and it’s still not open. Lesson learned: never come to drop off your packages until way later in the day.

James is an excellent person very kind and a very pleasant atmosphere the employees are professional and nice we enjoy bringing our UPS packages there there's always plenty of smiles at the UPS business. ?James and Sylvia Jones

Terrible customer service. The old man is very very rude and always trying to embarrass people. I'm giving you my money for your service not your rude attitude. The customers are the ones keeping you in business so treat them well. So frustrating.
