I recently moved out of the country and shipped all my belongings with them. The box came back intact (of course the way you pack the box also plays a big factor). They also call or send a message a few days before you receive the package to make sure there is someone there to receive it. Overall, I am very satisfied with Super Cargo and recommend them if you are looking to send packages to South America.”

Then I came into this ups for a return earlier this year and I was blown away by how friendly and quick it was. In town FedEx is 20 mins at counter apparently, but this was in and out in under 3 mins for shipping past week. Glad for this option!!”

“Hello, my name is Juan Carlos. I've been sending packages with this company since 2022. Everything that I have sent never got stolen. Everything always arrives on time and in good conditions as I send it. So, on this part, they are good and secure. But lastly, they've been doing something that I don't like it and I know that they do it in purpose so I be calling them and be behind them like begging them to send the receipt. That's very unprofesional and it doesn't look good on their part. This it happened a couple of times. And they tell me that they gonna send me the receipt and never send it on their own. They just send it after I call them a lot. But they do it in purpose. I don't recommend anymore this company.”
