“Love this place. I’ve had great experiences here. I do the wash and fold service and all of my clothes are always washed and folded perfectly. I’ve never had any issues with losing items. My partner needs unscented detergent and they do that every time no problem. It feels like a family business inside. It’s always clean and there are always several people waiting to help you.”
“Not a coin laundromat, but you can add your desired amount on a card (I put 5) & pay $1 for the card. They have $3 & $6 machines. It can be a smidge cramped, but the lady who worked there seemed cool. Overall an affordable & simple enough laundromat. Better than some others I've seen”

“We’re sorry this experience felt upsetting.
At pickup, the customer raised a concern which was discussed at that time.
She stated she needed the dress for her event and chose to take it with her.
We offered a fair resolution, including purchasing the dress at full value, which was declined.
The dress was retained by the customer, and a full refund was not appropriate without return of the item.
We always aim to resolve concerns professionally and stand by our work.”
