“I received a phone call on my cell phone and it came through as TD Bank Customer service but it really was a scam. I picked it up because I thought they were trying to reach me but the person on the phone said there was fraudulent activity on my account. I happen to be right outside TD Bank so I went in and Customer Service listened to the call with me and they confirmed that it was definitely a scam call and they helped me block the caller. I hung up from that call and they tried to call me three additional times while I was sitting at the bank. If you get a call from TD Customer Service and you didn't stop the transaction don't answer it call the branch instead and they'll let you know if there's an issue. They are very, very helpful at TD Bank and Ipswich. Thanks again.”
