“I highly recommend North Shore Bank. I went into the bank today frazzled from a security breach from somewhere else. I had a lot of things to accomplish this morning. I was on a mission. I said, “I hope everyone has had their coffee, you are going to need it this morning.” They said they had not, left the building, went and got coffee and got me one too. It’s the little things that encourage me to bank local. It may have just been a cup of coffee but it was more to me. I feel when anything positive happens in this day and age you need to share it.”

“Our customer service representative was Rozana Cotzany - my wife and I went in because of an issue of fraud regarding our checking account. We thought it was a simple “open a new checking account” and as things went on with her help we realized paperwork and secure chat items we thought were all set hadn’t been. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement especially seeing as by the time we came down from Maine to deal with this issue we weren’t in an especially good mind set. Rozana reached out to Sue Fang from your Beverly Farms location, who is always cordial and efficient in our time of need, for information and then She cordially and effectively worked us through multiple processes, opening a new account - new debit cards - filling out the fraud paperwork ( which I had previously sent in), and by the time my wife and I left we couldn’t believe what had just been done for us. A ++++ and many kudos to Rozana she could certainly be a role model for any education or intern programs you may have.”
“We went in for a notirization (it's free!) and were just blown away by how nice and helpful the staff was. Ruby in particular was amazing. There was no pressure but we ended up opening a bank account with them because of the great service we received.”

“Had trouble with a new debit card (not theirs) which ate my card. We called the bank and got the quickest and most attentive service possible. They held by card at the main bank and together we tried the card there where they could retrieve it immediately if it was eaten again. Worked fine. Especially for a bank I do not use regularly, they could not have been more immediately helpful. Highly recommend!”
