“I had a hard-to-match paint that I needed for my barn. It was a custom color and I didn’t have the formula. I had bought a couple of 5 gallon containers of the paint at a big box store, where they were having a sale, but they couldn’t match the color ( their paint people were not very knowledgeable and if it wasn’t in the computer they couldn’t do it). Mark took a lot of time to get it just right, making several attempts until he nailed it. I appreciate his patience and knowledge. Their prices may be a little higher but you get what you pay for.”

He got a large piece I ordered in my car with no scratches and then took the time out to explain the product to me and all its features. He is so knowledgeable about all the products it makes me want to come back to the store again. The store in general is great but his help and knowledge makes people come back”

the shanks, and gave me model numbers and other info! My husband has picked up parts from them for years for small plumbing repairs and I appreciated their taking the time to help me with my design problem!
