The shop owner is quick, efficient, patient, and does solid work for very reasonable and fair prices, offering the most solid deal in Boston. He will take good care of your bike, never overcharge or upsell, and encourages customers. The shop has a great community feel. Once people find this place, it is the only one they go to for any repair, maintenance, or parts. It is highly recommended to support this local business and get your bike repair done there.
Great service! He was able to do a no-notice same day chain install for me. And in the course of that install, he diagnosed and worked on another issue he found...for no extra charge! Oh, and BTW, was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall great experience!
