John was excellent! He was not only professional but patient with my entire tax return. He made the process a breeze and assisted me in every way he could. He found all the tax credits and deductions I deserved. He had a great personality and was very understanding. He took the difficult task of sorting through my forms and paperwork with ease and grace. Even amidst a global pandemic, he was flexible and able to virtually assist me and get my taxes filed.
