“I was referred to Bob by a mechanic friend of my mother's after being given a ridiculous quote by Coastal Volkswagen. I did not know exactly what was wrong with my engine, besides that something was wrong with the timing chain and it had caused damage in other areas as well. Within a reasonable amount of time for the amount of work done, Bob diagnosed and repaired my car, explaining exactly what was wrong and what he was doing every step of the way.
