“5 stars is not enough. He literally saved my life. Tried a couple of other shops for an ongoing issue (including a shop I've gone to for years), and repairs were made but the problem wasn't fixed. Eric agreed to see me on short notice, immediately diagnosed it, gave me excellent guidance, and repaired it. I'm never going anywhere else, and I'm telling everyone I know. Thank you, Eric!”

“I was on my way to work at 5 am from Plymouth to Dedham and my engine light started blinking and my car starting puttering and losing power. Thankfully, I was near the exit to Kingston Auto. I pulled my car into the lot and left my keys on my front tire. I called an Uber to get to work planning on having to get a rental car for the commute home and the rest of my work week.I called Kingston Auto when they opened and explained what I had experienced that morning. I was told that they would look at it and get back to me. I was called later that early afternoon and was told what the issue was and was very presently surprised of the turn around time and cost of the repair.I highly recommend Kingston Auto for their honesty and professionalism in not only repairing my car in a very timely manner, but also their stellar communication and quick response to me.Phenomenal Customer Service!Well Done!”

“This was a great place to to do business. There was absolutely no pressure whatsoever—if you liked the car, fine. If you didn’t, that was cool too. We bought a 2008 Accord for an excellent price and John, the owner, was super helpful throughout the process. We would definitely buy from Pro Auto again. Highly recommend.EDIT: We have had the car for 6 days, and tonight the battery is dead, dead, dead. I have not contacted Pro Auto Sales about it. I’ll call AAA in the morning to get a new battery.AAA replaced the battery this morning. I did call John at Pro Auto Sales, and he agreed to reimburse the cost of the battery. I didn’t ask for it, but he offered anyway. Wish I could give this business more than 5 stars!”

“I just had this towing guy come down because dummy me, I ran out of gas. And my battery went dead. Battin a thousand today.The guy who came down (i didn't catch his name. When I asked him, he jokingly said "Stupid". ?) was friendly as all hell. He didn't even charge me for the gas, even though Geico said I would have to pay.Thanks, "Stupid", for bailing me out!”

Sabrina our sales associate was great and very knowledgeable about the car. Brian the sales manager was helpful coming to an agreement. Overall one of the best purchase experiences we’ve had.”
