“I love this Walgreens. I do miss the Walgreens that use to be on Winthrop St. in Taunton because it was closer to me. I’m so glad that the employees that worked at the one on Winthrop St. were transferred to this one after it closed. All the employees are so kind and so helpful! The store is always clean. All the managers are quick to respond if anything is needed!! Great store!”

“My 1st time ever going through the drive thru to pick up a prescription was last night and I cant tell you how pleased I was. I switched from Walgreens pharmacy on Broadway to hope for a better experience and I'm so glad I did! Ethan was at the window and he couldn't of been more pleasant and kind. He truly went above and beyond! It seems as if everywhere you go nowadays everyone is just there for the paycheck but it really seemed as if Ethan loves his job and showed that he is there for the customers so I am very impressed. “I recently switched to a new insurance plan and was having a very difficult time getting my prescriptions sorted out. I went to CVS expecting a quick conversation, but what I received was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
Pharmacist Brett Murphy went completely above and beyond to help me. He spent nearly two hours working through multiple insurance issues, making phone calls, and advocating on my behalf to find answers. Throughout the entire process, he remained patient, professional, compassionate, and genuinely committed to helping me.
What impressed me most was his ability to multitask under pressure. While assisting me, he was also filling prescriptions, helping other customers, overseeing pharmacy operations, and coordinating with insurance representatives all without ever making me feel rushed or unimportant, but rather made me feel important and cared for.
In a time when great customer service can be hard to find, Brett reminded me that there are still people who truly care about helping others. His dedication, kindness, and work ethic made a stressful situation much easier to navigate, and I am incredibly grateful for his help.
