“I love this Walgreens. I do miss the Walgreens that use to be on Winthrop St. in Taunton because it was closer to me. I’m so glad that the employees that worked at the one on Winthrop St. were transferred to this one after it closed. All the employees are so kind and so helpful! The store is always clean. All the managers are quick to respond if anything is needed!! Great store!”

“The pharmacy staff gets 5 stars, specifically Mark Brooks. My doctors office dropped the ball on sending over a prescription for vital heart medication, I had one day worth left and I wasn't sure what to do. Mark sent in a request to my doctor and gave me 5 days worth of my medicine to get my thru until it came in. Thank you Mark, you truely are a life saver!”

“It's not a bad Walgreens by any means. They're understaffed and employee turnover seems incredibly fast. I lost count of all the different faces I've seen in such a short period of time. You can't get mad at a store that isn't staffed properly.
It happens.
The pharmacy is also understaffed and therefore slow. My mother has trouble with the pharmacy, but she's not savvy with modern technology or how they do prescriptions nowadays. I've never had an issue when I was using them.
Be patient. Don't get upset and talk to them like normal humans. Everyone is trying their best.”
