Great no pressure experience buying a new Volkswagen at Commonwealth Motors. Couldn’t ask for a better sales rep than Mike T. The manager, Mark B, was equally great to work with by providing additional information, oversight, and contributing to a smooth purchase.

I came here multiple times to get my cars EPC light check and each visit they told me a different solution to the problem. I even left my car here for a week and it was left untouched and ignored.They don't know how to fix my car and their service is terrible.

I had an outstanding memorable experience with VW team, starting with the highly professional & expert, Mr. Hans, who was extremely customer centered and provided me with all my needs in my future car, he listened to all my needs & concerns, provided me with all features & benefits of the car I bought and finally I had nothing to do except to close the deal with him. He is a role model of a highly experienced Salesman. So helpful, caring and authentic with his customer approach & communication. Another acknowledgment I have to give is to Mr. Rob, another good care with clear communication about optional additional purchases, he was so friendly and willingness to help and finally was able to help me chose what I really need for my car additional options. Not to miss the facilitation & prompt communication of Cindy who were so fast & accurate since taking my online request to meet with VW team, she was another great image to the whole team. Final thanks to Mark, the dealership manager who welcomed me upon my first arrival and referred me to Hans to take care of me & my request. You guys are doing more than great with customer focused & providing a high quality service with your customers. Thank you. Mo

I bought a car here last year. I was told for service, just swing on in, no appointment necessary. I checked the website before I left, and it still said pull right in for fast express service for things like oil changes.So I did just that. The guy behind the counter asked if I had an appointment, I said no I’m here for the express service oil change, he said we don’t do that. It would be four hours to get it oil change. I reminded him about what it said on the website and walked out.I don’t know in what universe four hours as an express service, but it will be the last time I go thereEDIT: for the those thinking they reached out to me after their response, they did not. Empty words(like their express service ad!)

I brought both Volkswagen EOS and Tiguan to be serviced and had a great experience thanks to Oscar. He contacted me immediately to provide me root cause and cost to repair and is just always so nice. Thank you Oscar! Service Matters!

Mathew Rodriguez was a great sales person to work with. He always walked an extra mile answering all questions we had, going in detail explaining the car features etc. Also the finance department were very courteous to work on the closing documents in a very timely fashion that we never had to wait anytime for any formalities. The complementary free yearly inspection was a surprise.

My first experience with Commonwealth Motors and won’t be my last. I will definitely refer others in the market for a new or used vehicle in the Commonwealth Motors direction. Entering the lot, I immediately felt a kind of family atmosphere which made it easier to let my guard down and open up to what was about to happen. Joyce was pleasure to work with. Very informative, friendly and pressure free. Allowed me to take in all they had to offer while I processed my options. I was able to take my time and choose the vehicle for me. Thanks again Joyce and Commonwealth Motors for a wonderful car buying experience.

We went to Commonwealth volkswagen to pick up a purchased car. Joyce helped us get the hang of all the features of the new car and she even made sure we could connect our phones and apps before we left the lot. She's very helpful and friendly.

Service was terrible. It took 5 weeks to get my car back. No communication throughout the 5 weeks I had to call every-time. When the car was finished it was not done correctly. I had to bring the car back and they had to refix it. Then i picked it up again the car was still not fixed and was dirty. I had to bring the car back again. I also had a rental and ended up denting the bumper from all of the stress. I would like to have some type of reimbursement. I will never bring my car back to this dealership.

My salesman was Mike T. and let me tell you, he was great. Very informative and not pushy at all. He genuinely wants the buyer to be completely satisfied and happy. I WILL be returning for my next vehicle purchase!

went in there for a light reprograming, 2 weeks later 3 visits in and 2 visit my car was just sitting there and no one called to let me know that they couldn't work on my car that day.I understand once but this is the second time it happened and it not cool. trash customer service

I brought my car in for service & Service Advisor Bobby was very helpful with questions & coupons etc. When I arrived back to the dealership to check how much longer my car needed, no one was at the service desk so, Mark from across the way said he would go & check on it. He NEVER returned to let me know & had to leave for an appt. I returned later & Bobby was there & my car was ready.
