“This place earns my five-star review. The employees/owners are respectful, courteous, transparent, competent, diligent, and prompt. My MacBook was not turning on. I was going to bring it to Apple for diagnostic and possible repair. However, I noticed the waiting list was too long and decided to take my chance with this place. Although this place is also very busy, the people who work there are cordial and go beyond to exceed customers' satisfaction. The owner diagnosed the MacBook, ordered the parts, and beautifully repaired it very promptly as promised, and without the need for me to make several trips there. He also stands behind the repair in case the MacBook breaks again. In fact, he kept me informed by calling me at every step to update me on the status of the repair. I am very happy with the service and will refer my friends and Family to this place.

However, Kevin was able to find me right away and then Mohamed provided me with assistance to unlock my uncles phone. This was all on the afternoon of Jan 19th, likely around 3:30 or so”
