“The man that works here is always so helpful to me. He deals with all my package questions and we are starting to get to know one another well. The issue I run into is parking and getting in and out of the parking area. Because of the location in proximity to the light. Maybe there needs to be a do not block entrance signs, though we know they would be ignored.”

“Plenty of parking spots outside, and space inside to prepare anything before mailing. They have friendly staff, describe possible options for mailing with patient. I found that they do have money orders to purchase, just in case if you didn’t know! ;)”

“Unfortunately some people may have had issues and therefore the score as well but this is the only post office in the area that’s open a little bit later on Saturdays which is super helpful if you ask me. I was helped right away, in and out on a Saturday before closing I think is a great thing!”

“Could not be more pleased with the service at the haverhill post office down town haverhill,we had two packages that we had sent to the wrong address, a supervisor JOE went above and beyond to locate and retrieve both packages in a short time, and he did it with a smile, I tried to compensate him,he would not accept it and said please pay it forward which i will, THANKS AGAIN JOE,”
“I just moved to Plaistow. I had a large package to return, and I pulled into the post office and parked in the handicap spot. As i got myself,my walker, and my package out of the car, an employee came right outside and offered to take my package inside for me and take care of it. I was so impressed, courtesy like that is hard to come by!!! Kudos to the Plaistow post office!”
“I've used this post office for years and the staff is uniformly courteous and helpful. Not sure why some of the reviews are negative. There is a long wait at peak hours (e.g. Noon) and before the holidays so they may be a bit understaffed. But that isn't the fault of the employees. They are a good bunch.”
