If it weren't for the in-person service at the physical store, I would give it 5 stars, but the uselessness of the guys is painful...
A store where there are no customers, where the employee stands there doing nothing and even when you arrive to ask about plans and products, the guy answers with the greatest ill will in the world, always saying that he can't do the service and telling you to call the center or buy online over the internet.
I agree that Verizon's 1g wired internet is better than Xfinity's at any cable speed, but the
Xfinity 1gb home internet package $115 with two phone lines included.
Verizon's 1gb wired internet package with two lines included $199.. in the end you can save money and still have good service.. always check with Xfinity first!!

Erik explained all steps re a new phone He was very patient as we needed things repeated
He remained calm relaxed and that helped us as I had gone to another Verizon and it was completely different

Erick at Verizon was most helpful! In 30 minutes he had my new phone set up, answered all my questions and had me on my way. He assured me he would be available for any help that I might need in the future. It was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend you ask for him.
