“We were in Lee for the week. We were on vacation and had traveled from a few hours away and we had a problem with our tire. Being unfamiliar with the area. I did some online searching and found Fords was rated well on Google and was very close to where we were. They got us in right away, explained what happened to the tire, and even though they don't keep tires in stock they were able to get the appropriate tire in by the next day and had us in and out in no time. They also noticed that my spare had a problem on its rim and they fixed that for free. We received a text 2 days later too. Thanking us for stopping in and deciding to use them for our repair. My husband and I were beyond impressed with their customer service and professionalism. If we lived close we would use them again for sure.”

“INCREDIBLE service. I met my daughter at the shop to leave her car for an appointment the following day. Marcus met us outside and he started looking at the car to see what he could do at the time. He and one of his technicians worked for one hour and troubleshot and fixed the car on the spot. He was professional and courteous and efficient. Can’t say enough about the service.
