“If you’re looking for quality workmanship then go to Deerpond. I have had a few vehicles serviced and each time the job is done right the first time and everyone I’ve met there have been friendly and professional. Most recently they worked on an older vehicle that required rebuilding the front and back brakes. The corrosion was a nightmare but the techs were relentless and got it done. When they encountered more issues that could not have been foreseen they contacted me asap to explain and get authorisation. I also got text updates of the progress. I could not be more satisfied with these guys!

“I went in for a state inspection and asked them if they could look at one of my tires that seemed to have a slow leak. They looked at the tire and took care of it that same day. While I was sitting in the waiting room, a gentleman came out and started to ask me how I was doing and actually seemed to care about my response. He later informed me that he was the owner, and informed me of the services they provide and the extra care they take to make sure the customer's cars are taken care of even if it's just getting an oil change. It was nice to know that the owner was down to earth and really took the time to talk to a customer. He really seemed to be proud of his establishment and their quality of service.”
“Edits: A couple days later I did hear from the store manager telling me to come in. Auto care manager took my information for a claim and with in a week or two Walmart corporate contacted me about replacing the damaged rim.
I brought in a loose single for a new tire and the person who changed my tire damaged the rim with the tire changing machine, yes those edges are sharp I cut myself quite badly picking it up in the store. I called the manager to leave a complaint and was told the auto center manager was out and that I would be called back by a team leader in 10-15 minutes. Well, it's the next day and still nothing. I am incredibly displeased to put it mildly.”
