“Lou’s was highly recommended by a friend who had a great experience with them. We have a 8 yr old Subaru, and that was leaking some fumes. They found it was not the catalytic converter ,but instead was a couple of cracked pipes. They had the parts, called to let us know what the problem was and the price, and we picked up our car a couple of hours later. Would definitely recommend!”

“I went to Jiffy Lube to get an oil change today. I usually use Valvoline, but this business is closer to my home. I had a great experience. The Tech. was very helpful, and the service was completed in a reasonable time. They also offer a 20% veterans discount l, which made a significant difference of around 15 dollars off my oil change.”
“Never been disappointed by them, whether it was alignment, tire replacements, or that one time they helped me open my hood when it was frozen (now I got a can of WD-40 just in case). Plus, it's always good to see the 2 Mikes :)”

“You can expect about over 90 min for an oil changes whether it’s appt or walk in. Fair prices at $90 for synthetic oil, I usually just drop it off and go get a pedicure nearby but just know it’s not super quick. Staff easy to work with and call in, very accessible so that is a plus”

“I went by to tell them about what monroe motors did. Phil spotted the issue and other areas that were not done my monroe. He told me to go back to monroe instead of charging me $300. Im glad i did. Monroe fixed their errors despite i sent a complaint to corporate. I’ll trust Phil’s honesty for my next repair needs”

I walked out after signing the papers with the keys to my (new to me) Tahoe thinking “Wow, that was awesome!”. How often does that happen?
I guess what impressed me most is that Chris Goodnow is the owner / proprietor and he is there every day working and accessible. He follows the principle of doing well by doing good.
After I bought my vehicle and signed the papers, there were a couple loose ends that needed to be addressed and he remembered and took care of them. His staff and mechanics are friendly and knowledgeable as well.

“Honestly I have never left a review but Kevin deserves it. From start to finish he helped me; it felt more like a big brother giving advice which was really helpful because as a young lady dealerships can and will take advantage. I with authorization from a dealership, brought the car I was interested in purchasing to get a pre-purchase inspection from Premier Auto Repair. Kevin explained the car had a lug nut missing and metal on metal braking. If you are like me and new to all this you are probably thinking what does that mean? and he broke everything down for me. The lug nut being missing meant the wheel could come loose while i'm driving and the metal on metal brakes just icing on top of the cake which means the car was totally unsafe to drive let alone taking it 17 minutes to this repair place. I had to call an Uber to get back to the dealership in which I told them it was unsafe to drive and they were giving me a hard time and what felt like intimidation but Kevin again came to the win. He really did feel like a big brother in the sense he told me the dealership would be notified the car is at their auto repair shop and calmed me down. I appreciated his handling of the situation and it also was nice getting 25 dollars of the PPI, so long story short please go to Premier Auto Repair. I know I will be recommending them beause people really will try to sell you things that will cost way more than they are worth.”
