“This very nice store is just off Rt 12 and I-190. The store was clean and very well stocked. Inspite of there being a decent number of cars in the lot the store didn't look crowded. The pharmacist went above and beyond checking if they carried the health drink I was looking for but also if she could order it as they didn't have it. This store is better , more clearly, marked than my normal store on prices and sales.”
“I have gone to other pharmacies and this one is very understating at what I need or want plus I have seen them when I am walking around how they treat the customers and it’s very important how they handle the business and the questions that are asked of them

“While pharmacies associated with grocery store chains have been around for awhile, I only recently started using them because the prices of specific pharmaceuticals are much less than at drug store chains like Walgreens or CVS (even with insurance). The Big Y pharmacy in their Worcester store is relatively small, but the service is excellent and people working there are pleasant. I also happened to save a lot of money on my Rx. Good to have the Big Y app loaded.”
“this pharmacy is on point. they call me when our medicine is filled, they check-in with me with any changes, they pick up and return calls. the ladies here are efficient, friendly, and the space sends encouraging messages that are often decorated throughout the office every few weeks. they are personable, professional and super kind. they treat my family, especially my little ones, with extreme care. we have been going here for almost 2 years now, and amy + her team really go above. everyone here is timely and also very understanding with our schedules. thank you genoa shrewsbury st for the privacy with our medications, for your patience with my fam and mostly, for how much it shows that each of the techs take pride in their work. we appreciate you all ! i have been to many pharmacies that are whatever is closest to my area and never thought too much about where to pick up medicine from, but since i filled my medicine through a behavioural health visit across the hall, i noticed the differences in being able to choose one pharmacy to go to and genoa shrewsbury st is it for me. i have changed my entire family and i ‘s main and only pharmacy to here 💐”
“I like the store's convenient Rt 20 location. I sympathize with those that have pharmacy issues, no Sunday hours or drive thru etc. I plan ahead. Dan, a pharmacist, caught a possible interaction problem the doctor should have caught. Another pharmacist caught a potential allergic reaction. Repeatly pharmacy staff have helped me fill prescriptions at other Walgreens stores when they couldn't fill them here. I think I will stick with this store with its flaws. They have a DCU ATM inside. Store is handicapped accessible.”

“I walked into the Chandler Street Worcester, MA CVS to get CeraVe face wash, lotion and ELF SPF Primer. Everything in the store looked neat, clean and organized. I was happy to find what I was looking for with ease. It was pretty busy that night but the cashiers at the registers were kind, helpful, and keeping things moving. The young man at the register with glasses and long, blonde hair was very helpful and kind to me. He greeted me, rang up my order and helped me get to my discount by purchasing something else small. He even made sure to ask if I wanted to use my discount now or later. He saved me money that night. I appreciated him for his help and kindness and asked to do a review for him. I forgot his name but I decided to write a review for him on here :)”
“Once a month I fill 5-10 meds all at once for my Mother. I have NEVER had a hard time and everyone there is really nice and pleasant to deal with even during COVID. When COVID first started they did curbside pickup so I didn't even have to get out of the car to get the RX's. My only suggestion/complaint is this pharmacy and the one at the University Campus both have blue metal boxes for people to dispose of old meds. I think those should be switched to the yellow boxes like they have at Family Health Center and the Edward Kennedy Center in Great Brook Valley so people can dispose of their used sharps. There aren't many places that will take your used sharps. Other than that these people are great! And with Health Safety Net I pay next to nothing as opposed to CVS which is much more expensive under my insurance.”
