“Well, I just met Evelyn, famous from other people’s reviews here. Those reviews are not wrong. Avoid Evelyn, use self checkout if you can. If you can’t, and Evelyn is working, I’d recommend leaving for a different CVS. The pharmacy staff was extremely friendly and helpful though. Otherwise this visit gets 1 star.”

“I walked into the Chandler Street Worcester, MA CVS to get CeraVe face wash, lotion and ELF SPF Primer. Everything in the store looked neat, clean and organized. I was happy to find what I was looking for with ease. It was pretty busy that night but the cashiers at the registers were kind, helpful, and keeping things moving. The young man at the register with glasses and long, blonde hair was very helpful and kind to me. He greeted me, rang up my order and helped me get to my discount by purchasing something else small. He even made sure to ask if I wanted to use my discount now or later. He saved me money that night. I appreciated him for his help and kindness and asked to do a review for him. I forgot his name but I decided to write a review for him on here :)”

“This Walgreens located in the Town of Holden Massachusetts is very clean and well organized. The staff always appear to be working, organizing, and serving customers. The store offers a nice wide selection of items and products. If looking for particular hair products, such as deep penetrating hair masks designed for course-extra course hair there are a few limited options.
Other than that, this Walgreens is a great place to shop.”

“my experience w/ CVS, Holden MA overall has been pretty Good.My complaints are For CVS ThemSELVES; pharmacy appears Understaffed, ridiculously little amount of space for them to Work & Stored meds properly. Almost ALWAYS Out Straight. For the reasons I said; UNfair to the staff that Tries their BEST w/ the Very miniscule space & lack of help.”
“Drive up COVID testing was painless! I drove up to the designated parking spot, called in, and someone was out in just a few minutes. For the tests, they ship them out, so she said results would be in 48-72 hrs, and thankfully they were just under 48.”

“I want to give a shout out to the healthcare team at this pharmacy. When the pandemic hit I took over prescriptions for my elderly mother. The folks here were wonderful. They helped me keep current with all of her new scripts, refills and renewals. Working with my mothers health insurance we got all her major scripts on 90 day supply. Since my mom refuses to go on mail service this helped minimize the trips I need to make to do pickups. As a senior myself, who lives two towns over, that was appreciated Scripts are always ready when they say and everyone is very pleasant when I pickup her scripts. Between the early days of Covid , working as a community provider of vaccines and sheer volume I can't speak more highly of this team. I should note it is helpful to also make use of the automated tools in conjunction with the team here to make every trip to the pharmacy productive. it is also helpful to ask how each script works. Some can't be filled again until only a day or two ahead by Massachusetts law.”

“This location is pretty large. Tons of selections. There was a weird guy at the front. I couldn’t tell if he was a security guard or not. He had a key to the atm and was in it as I was leaving the store. Looked shady.”
