Best Buy is a well-organized store with plenty of products on the shelves. The staff is great, knowledgeable, and professional, often going above and beyond to help. Employees are friendly, helpful, unfailingly pleasant and polite, and show a willingness to listen to customer challenges. They provide great suggestions, thorough service, and walk customers through products and troubleshooting with cooperation and humor. The customer service is great, making processes like returns, swaps, and installations a smooth and positive experience. Setting up appointments is also a smooth process with helpful advice. However, the store is frequently out of everything, with particular mention of a sad video game section that is mostly out of stock, sometimes requiring customers to visit another location. While the installation and service experiences are often highlighted positively, some customers note that general in-store assistance can be lacking, wishing for more associates to check in with them browsing the departments. Overall, many customers have positive experiences, especially with specific services, and would consider returning for future tech needs, viewing the brick and mortar store as crucial for the local economy.
It was such a busy time of year, and hard to find someone who could help me. But, once I got my question heard, it was pretty quick to find what I was looking for. Line to check out was long and moved slowly, but my checkout was quick and easy when I was up. Merry Christmas!

This is the best store for women and men for any type of soaps, lotions, and especially perfume or body sprays.

Needed a good monitor, not overpriced. Started with Amazon, had to send that back. Spent a bit more here, but found exactly what I needed.
