Filed BBB complaint and was responded by Xfinity with more corporate people that failed time and time again. Promised me it would get handled and of course never did. Both my parents have passed away within months of each other and what I thought would be simple transferring ownership so we could continue to pay for the service. Sounds simple well it wasn’t with everyone except for Sofia we paid thousands to fly from Phoenix to Boston and then drove to Leominster and met this young lady I was prepared for frustration and instead we got everything handled in less than half hour. Truly unbelievable great job Sofia you nailed it with a very difficult customer today. Thanks so much.”
