I recently went to the xfinity store to add a line to my plan. We forgot the line transfer codes that was given by our previous provider. Sofia was amazing and very patient. She went online ưith xfinity and was able to do everything in no time. She was very fast, pleasant and professional.

Ricky was wonderful, very helpful in the process of my account issues. The place was busy, short staffed. He multi tasked very well, which was greatly appreciated by the people in line waiting.
